I love the smells and sights of fall, especially the reds, golds, and oranges of the leaves. There is such beauty in how they transform on trees and paint a warm nature painting, then eventually dance to the ground.

Growing up in a state with minimal autumn brilliance, I always find wonder and amazement in the full fall season discovered further north.

The changing season indicates a leaving behind in preparation for the winter months as the deciduous trees release leaves for their own protection and health.

The seasonal cycles and rhythms of nature offer a wonderful picture for us as well.

How do we handle our lives when seasons of too much become a way of life? What can we do to change or let go of patterns of behavior for our protection, health, and well-being?

Join us on The Bearing Life® Podcast this week as I talk to Dr. Michelle Pokorny about burnout.

She offers incredible insight to help us have a better understanding of practices and habits for life balance and mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health.
